WHAT SHOULD BE PREPARED BEFORE THE TRIP?

Check that all vaccinations and medications against external and internal parasites are given and registered on time
Ask about the specifics that await you at the destination, such as endemic diseases, snake bites...
Book accommodation that accepts pets and book all the necessary plane, boat, train and bus tickets for your pet in time

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL ABROAD

Documents required to travel abroad with a dog or cat include that your pet is microchipped, has a veterinary certificate and has a passport

For travel to EU countries

an antibody titer is also required
against the rabies virus which
must be obtained 90 days prior to travel

Calming and anti-vomiting tablets, which are sometimes given a few hours before the trip, depending on the individual needs of your pet
A bottle and a bowl of water
Treats and small amounts of food
Handy toilet for your pet
Sufficient amount of towels, wet wipes and waste disposal bags

TRAVELING BY PLANE WITH A DOG AND CAT

The dimensions of the transporter must correspond to the requirements of the airline
Airlines limit the number of pets that can be in the passenger cabin on a single flight
The pet must have a plane ticket, which must be secured in time
